−горение брикетов происходит без посторонних запахов и дыма;
−система производства автоматически управляется с помощью компьютера, который поддерживает точную идентичность изготовления качественных брикетов;
−оптимизируется потребляемая мощность установки за счет точного управления, что предотвращает перегрузки и износ механических узлов агрегата;

−осуществить сокращение и ликвидацию загрязнения окружающей среды отходами промышленных производств, в течение 8–10 лет ликвидировать шламовые поля и всевозможные «могильники», тем самым, освободив огромные площади пригодных для использования земель и существенно улучшив экологию промышленных регионов;

Currently the problem of effective hydrogen storage is a very significant obstacle to the widespread application of hydrogen energetics. Hydrogen storage in the bound state as a metal hydride systems is the most promising due to the high volumetric hydrogen density [1]. According to theoretical estimates the amount of the hydrogen absorbed in magnesium hydride is more than 7.6 wt. % what makes it particularly interesting to use for the purpose.
We have synthesized nanoscaled magnesium powders in the high-frequency arc discharge and studied their hydrogen sorption characteristics under pressure. Fig. 1 shows a plasma-chemical plant to synthesize nanoscaled powders. In the water-cooled sealed chamber (1) there were located two electrodes : the water-cooled hollow nickel rod (2) and the graphite crucible (3). Magnesium was placed in a graphite crucible and was maintained in a molten condition (5) by the inductor (4). The AC arc discharge (66 KHz, 12 A) (6) was carried out between the nickel electrode and the molten magnesium. The sample 1 was obtained in a hydrogen atmosphere, the sample 2 - in an atmosphere of hydrogen and helium. Argon as a plasma forming gas was also in the chamber during the synthesis. Gas was supplied with the rate: H2 - 5 l/min, Ar - 5 l/min, He - 3 l/min. The vaporized magnesium coagulated with nanoparticles formation and settled on the walls of the chamber 1.
The study of the sorption parameters of synthesized samples was carried out on the developed plant [2]. Before dehydrogenation the samples were purified of adsorbed gases by maintaining in vacuum at a temperature 100°С for 10 minutes. For the sorption cycle 3MPa-pressed hydrogen was applied into the sample-filled cell at 400°C for 10 minutes. After cooling, the cell was placed into the inductor and heated to 600°С at 10°C/min. The desorbed hydrogen got accumulated in the special measuring chamber of known volume, wherein the pressure was determined. The amount of the released hydrogen was resulted from the pressure difference before and during the heating.

Using scanning electron microscopy of the high resolution microscope SEM Hitachi S-5500 the images of synthesized nanoparticles were obtained (Fig. 2). Particles size varies 50–500 nm. Moreover, there were well-crystallized particles and the particles of spherical shape, what could result from their melting during the synthesis.

According to XRD, MgH2 phase formation occured after hydrogenation under pressure in both obtained samples. XRD diagrams also contained reflections corresponding to Mg, MgO, Mg2Si and Ni phases. Mg2Si and Ni phases formation could be associated with the impurities presence in vaporized magnesium.

The desorbed hydrogen mass–temperature dependence curves are presented in Fig.4. Sample 1 desorbed 3,58 wt. % and 3,25 wt. % at the first and second cycles, respectively. The hydrogen evolution took place in the temperature range 300–500°C. Being heated sample 2 emitted only 0,3 wt. % of absorbed gases, and its desorbed gas– temperature dependence was close to linear. Such a difference between readings is specified by various synthesis parameters.
Fig. 4. Temperature dependence of the amount of desorbed hydrogen:
1 – first desorption cycle (sample 2); 2 (3) – first (fifth) desorption cycle (sample 1)
These results can be explained in accordance with the Sieverts’s law. The solubility of hydrogen in the metal SH2 is proportional to the partial pressure of hydrogen in the gas mixture PH2 : SH2 k PH2 , wherein k – Siverts’s constant [3]. Since the sample
1 was synthesized in the hydrogen atmosphere, and the sample 2 – in the hydrogenhelium mixture, the partial pressure while the sample 1 formation was much higher than
that ( PH2 ) of the sample 2.
Thus, nanoscaled magnesium-based powders, obtained in a high-frequency arc dischargein the hydrogen atmosphere, can be considered as promising hydrogen sorbents. Subsequently it is planned to modify the plant and provide the hydrogen partial pressure close to 100 % during the synthesis.

PASSIVE HOUSE

Energy effective houses are becoming more and more popular nowadays. Costs of electricity and heating are rising. An issue of exploitation costs of dwelling is an actual one. Rate of energy efficiency is a quantity of heat-loss on one square meter (kW·h/m2) per one year. Average rate is 100–120 kW·h/m2. A building can be pass for energy effective one, if this rate is lower than 40 kW·h/m2.This rate for Europe countries is even lower, about 10 kW·h/m2.
The term passive house (Passivhaus in German) refers to a rigorous, voluntary standard for energy efficiency in a building, reducing itsecological footprint. It results in ultra-low energy buildings that require little energy for space heating or cooling. A similar standard,MINERGIE-P, is used in Switzerland. The standard is not confined to residential properties; several office buildings, schools,kindergartens and a supermarket have also been constructed to the standard. Passive design is not an attachment or supplement to architectural design, but a design process that is integrated with architectural design. Although it is mostly applied to new buildings, it has also been used for refurbishments.
Estimates of the number of Passivhaus buildings around the world in late 2008 ranged from 15,000 to 20,000 structures. As of August 2010, there were approximately 25,000 such certified structures of all types in Europe, while in the United States there were only 13, with a few dozens more under construction. The vast majority of passive structures have been built in German-speaking countries and Scandinavia.
The eventual building of four row houses (terraced houses or town homes) was designed for four private clients by the architectural firm of Bott, Ridder and Westermeyer. The first Passivhaus residences were built in Darmstadt, Germany in 1990, and occupied by the clients the following year.
Passive solar design and landscape
Passive solar building design and energy-efficient landscaping support the Passive house energy conservation and can integrate them into a neighborhood and environment. Following passive solar building techniques, where possible buildings are compact in shape to reduce their surface area, with principal windows oriented towards the equator – south in the northern hemisphere and north in the southern hemisphere – to maximize passive solar gain. However, the use of solar gain, especially in temperate climate regions, is secondary to minimizing the overall house energy requirements. In climates and regions needing to reduce excessive summer passive solar heat gain, whether from direct or reflected sources, Brise soleil, trees, attached pergolas with vines, vertical gardens, green roofs, and other techniques are implemented.
478
Passive houses can be constructed from dense or lightweight materials, but some internal thermal mass is normally incorporated to reduce summer peak temperatures, maintain stable winter temperatures, and prevent possible overheating in spring or autumn before the higher sun angle "shades" mid-day wall exposure and window penetration. Exterior wall color, when the surface allows choice, for reflection or absorption insolation qualities depends on the predominant year-round ambient outdoor temperature. The use of deciduoustrees and wall trellised or self attaching vines can assist in climates not at the temperature extremes.
Superinsulation
Passivhaus buildings employ superinsulation to significantly reduce the heat transfer through the walls, roof and floor compared to conventional buildings. A wide range of thermal insulationmaterials can be used to provide the required high R- values (low U-values, typically in the 0.10 to 0.15 W/(m².K) range). Special attention is given to eliminating thermal bridges.
A disadvantage resulting from the thickness of wall insulation required is that, unless the external dimensions of the building can be enlarged to compensate, the internal floor area of the building may be less compared to traditional construction.
In Sweden, to achieve passive house standards, the insulation thickness would be 335 mm (about 13 in) (0.10 W/(m².K)) and the roof 500 mm (about 20 in) (U-value 0.066 W/(m².K)).
Airtightness
Building envelopes under the Passivhaus standard are required to be extremely airtight compared to conventional construction.
Passive house is designed so that most of the air exchange with exterior is done by controlled ventilation through an heat-exchanger in order to minimize heat loss (or gain, depending on climate), so uncontrolled air leaks are best avoided.
Another reason is the passive house standard makes extensive use of insulation in which usually requires a careful management of moisture and dew points.
This is achieved through air barriers, careful sealing of every construction joint in the building envelope, and sealing of all service penetrations.
Passive cooling and ventilation
The essential principle of passive cooling is to prevent heat from entering the building, or remove heat once it has entered. The main methods employed within the Indian context are ventilation cooling, evaporative cooling, nocturnal radiation cooling, desiccant cooling and earth coupling. The success of these concepts depends greatly depends upon localized climatic conditions.
Natural ventilation and airflow utilize breezes to create air movement through a building and the resultant cooling. Effective ventilation requires openings to be in opposite pressure zones. If the inlet and outlet are placed at different heights, air flows from the inlet to the outlet due to the density difference created by the upward movement of warm air. Ventilation requirements of different seasons and for different types of occu-
