We shall be glad to learn when we may expect a visit of your Inspector.
The performance of the machine has been tested at our works and we enclose a copy of the Certificate of Works’ Test.

Dear Mr Stevens,
Order No. 78-098
In reply to your letter of yesterday’s date, we wish to inform you that ZAO Rosimport, Moscow, have decided to waive the inspection of the goods against the above order and release the machine for shipment on the basis of the tests performed at your works.
We hope that this will enable you to accelerate deliveries. We are sending you our Release Note for Shipment in triplicate; shipping instructions will be sent to you in due course by the Shipping Agents of Rosimport, Messrs. Resstern, Frodo & Tanakis.
It is understood that the final inspection and test of the machine are to take place in Russia at the works of the Customers of Rosimport in accordance with the terms and conditions of the order.

Dear Sirs,
Contract No. 90-093/67
We hereby certify that the equipment supplied against this order is in accordance with the description, technical conditions and specifications given in the above contract and conforms to our highest standards.
Should the equipment prove to be defective in whole or in part owing to faulty material, workmanship or design, within 18 months of the date of putting it into operation in Russia and not more than 24 months of the date of shipment, we undertake to replace such goods and/or parts thereof free of charge within the minimum possible time and deliver the goods without delay to Moscow. We shall pay the cost of transportation and insurance. The defective goods or parts are to be retained by you not longer than 3 months after receipt of replacement and to be returned to us at our request and expense.
