Если после этих глаголов употребляется возвратные местоимения, они передают совсем другие значения. He washed himself for the first time after his long illness. (до этого, во время болезни, его мыли другие) |
Частица “ся”, а также сам, себя, собой и т.п. далеко не всегда передаются в английском. Например, Не могу позволить себе лениться. – I can’t afford to be lazy. Возьми с собой дневник. – Take your daybook with you.
