Epidemiology

•Sex: Usually males

•Age: Late teens-mid 30s

•Symptomatic arrhythmia

–PVC s

–NSVT or sustained VT

•Often LBBB morphology

•Often asymptomatic until an episode of sudden cardiac death

–Young patient

–Exercise-induced

Increased trabeculations

Focal RV apical aneurysm
