2 prior embolic stroke
Major GI bleed on warfarin with good levels
Didn’t want to be on Factor Xa Inhibitor
Hypertension, DM II
CHADS2 Score = 4 (High risk for recurrence)
Currently on dual antiplatelet therapy (bruising)
