Solutions are completely homogenous mixtures of two or more substances in which molecules (or ions) of one substance is equally distributed between molecules of other one.
Water is an universal solvent.
The blood plasma consists of water (90

thermal regulation of human and the heat-blooded animals.
Minimum of heat-capacity of water is at t = 36,79 °C
Evaporation of water of skin prevents organisms from over heating
