Требования к результатам освоения раздела (Section acquisition requirements)

Компетенция: Способность осуществлять лексически полноценную и грамматически правильную коммуникацию в устной и письменной формах для решения задач межличностного и межкультурного взаимодействия в соответствии с фонетическими и стилистическими нормами иностранного языка.

Основные результаты обучения:

иметь совокупность знаний о языковой системе и представлений о языке как сложной многоуровневой структуре, в состав которой входят фонетическая, лексическая, грамматическая и стилистическая системы;

владеть правилами произношения и правописания, а также особенностями интонирования английского предложения;

знать лексическую структуру английского языка, владеть словообразовательными принципами, понятиями синонимии и антонимии, устойчивыми выражениями, фразеологическими оборотами, фразовыми глаголами;

иметь представление о стилистической принадлежности лексического состава языка и владеть повседневно-бытовой, общенаучной, деловой и профессиональной лексикой (терминологией), знать особенности формального / официального и нейтрального регистров общения;

знать грамматическую структуру английского языка в совокупности морфологических и синтаксических особенностей, владеть правилами построения английского предложения;

знать речевые формулы и устойчивые выражения, используемые для выражения различных коммуникативных намерений в процессах речевого общения;

уметь использовать этикетные формулы в устной и письменной деловой и профессиональной коммуникации;

уметь выражать свое профессиональное мнение и отношение

кпредмету речи, а также аргументировать свою точку зрения в ситуациях делового и профессионального общения;

уметь пользоваться словарями, в том числе одноязычными профес- сионально-ориентированными, систематизировать лексику, используя принцип языковой семьи, находить оптимальные способы заучивания и активизации повседневно-бытовой, деловой и общенаучной лексики;

иметь словарный запас, соответствующий уровню В1+ по общеевропейской шкале и владеть навыком эффективного использования активного словарного запаса в говорении и письме и пассивного словарного запаса в аудировании и чтении;

владеть грамматическими навыками устной и письменной речевой коммуникации в ситуациях повседневного, делового и профессионального общения.

For parliamentary elections the United Kingdom is divided into 650 constituencies of roughly equal population. The average constituency contains about 60 000 registered voters.
