one of the three main branches of the UK High Court.

High Court in London is one of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, along with the Royal Courts of Appeal.

Is Located on Strand Street in central London, in the building in 1870.

Chancery Division – is the section of the High Court of Justice which deals mainly with commercial cases such as company law, patents (official documents that give people the right to make, use or sell an invention, and stop other people from copying them) and bankruptcy.

In the Chancery Division hears cases business law, trust laws, inheritance and land rights.

Chancery Division is headed Lord Chancellor of the High Court. On 4 September 2012 the Lord Chancellor's office takes Chris Grayling. Concurrently, he was head of the Ministry of Justice.
