(3) Within the area, vessels should follow the instructions from the Control Centre which will supervise all manoeuvres.
(4) Permission should be ob1ained before anchoring.
RADAR SURVEILLANCE:
(1) Maintained between Cayo Areas and Dos Bocas and in their approaches.
(2) Vessels will be contacted by aControl Centre on entering the area of radar coverage and be guided as necessary.
INFORMATION SERVICE:
Control Centres provide information on areas to be avoided, precautionary areas, anchorages, recommended tracks and concerning the safety of vessels and installations.
