Owners warrant:
— Vessel is self-trimming single deck bulk carrier (and was originally constructed as a bulk carrier);
— Vessel has clear unobstructed main holds;
— Vessel does not have centerline bulkhead/beam or any other obstructions;
— Vessel has no deep tanks or compartments were originally constructed as deep tanks;
— Vessel has no reefer space of special cargo locker space;
— Cargo to be loaded in main holds only;
— Vessel to be steel floored throughout;
— Vessel to be suitable in all respect for grab discharge;
— Engine/bridge aft.
Owners further warrant, that during the currency of this charter party:
— Vessel shall not change ownership or class without Charterers' written consent;
— Vessel's Hull + Machinery insurance shall be fully maintained and will not be changed;
— Vessel fully covered with first class P and I Club, which shall be maintained;
— Vessel will not be scheduled for brake up or sold for scrap upon completion of this Charter. Charterers are granted a Maritime lien on the vessel and are entitled to deduct from any sums due to Owners for all damages arising from such breach of this Warranties;
— Vessel to provide free use of vessel's gears being fitted as described in good working order.

Таким образом, путем переписки достигается согласие обоих сторон со статьями проформы чартера и дополнительными условиями сделки по фрахтованию. Каждая из сторон должна подтвердить согласованные условия посылкой по связи сообщения, подтверждающего закрепление отфрахтовки. (Your last accept, fixed). После этого партнеры, или их брокеры, обмениваются окончательно согласованным вариантом условий (Резюме, Recapitulation) и приступают к технической работе по подготовке чартера (корректировке текста выбранной проформы чартера, печатанье дополнительных согласованных пунктов, отсутствующих в проформе чартера, рассылка подготовленных копий чартера для подписания партнерами — судовладельцем и фрахтователем, если брокерам не даны полномочия на подписание).
