Control Process Automation
To achieve a high level of object’s automation, the automated control system should perform switching operations according to the technological regulations. Regulations shall be agreed with the Employer at the stage of technical design.
The switching operations shall be carried out according to procedure with the system time and messages recording related to the given switching operation.
After every switching operation the corresponding changes in the object’s diagram shall be displayed at WS. In case it is not possible to carry out an operation the automated control system shall notify the personnel of the causes that make the SU operation impossible. Operating personnel may abort switching operation and switch to manual control.
The software (hardware) interlocking (to be defined by design) excluding simultaneous control from different location shall be provided for electrical equipment control (local, remote).
All personnel actions of electrical equipment control from WS or on the spot shall be recorded in the ACS TP archives with time tag, method of control and of the operator.
The archive shall also contain recorded operation on changing the switching units mode of control (“local” – “remote”).
