    1. Guarantees

The Supplier must ensure reliable and efficient operation of the whole system provided in accordance with the technical specifications for the system.

The warranty period for technical equipment must be at least 36 month from the date of delivery to the Employer on conditions that storing them at the Employer’s site, installation and commissioning works in accordance with the specifications of the Supplier

During the period of the warranty the Supplier must perform a warranty repair of technical equipment and eliminate errors and/or discrepancies with the technical requirements in the software of the system.

In the future, the Supplier should guarantee the supply of spare parts to the extent necessary for a fee the entire life of the hardware.

The Supplier must offer the terms of maintenance after the warranty period in the framework of a service contract.

  1. Technical data table for the acs tp

    1. General

The technical data sheets (TDS) presented below shall be completely filled in by the Tenderer and presented together with the Tender to the Employer.

Characteristics and guaranteed values included in these sheets shall become a part of the Contract and as such be binding. Deviations from the requirements, without the written agreement with the Employer, are not allowed

The Tenderer shall present all necessary catalogues and data for complete description of the offered equipment, mechanisms, accessories, devices and materials to be used for civil-erection works and commissioning.

The Tenderer shall bear responsibility for any errors, discrepancies or omissions in the characteristics offered by the Tenderer in the TDS.

The Tenderers shall realize that incomplete answers to questions asked mean discrepancy with the requirements of the Employer (Contract requirements), and such incomplete answers may result in the Employer's refusal from such Tenders.

The Tenderers in their Tenders shall confirm general compliance of the Tenders to the requirements of the Employer in general (without any deviations) or incompliance.

If there are any deviations/discrepancies, they shall be described and explained for each item of tables in the column "Note" or in separate sheet.
