Good afternoon Paul, your idea of a new joint venture is a good one but there are many items which must be discussed. During the process of founding an enterprise, founders must take a number of strategic decisions in order for their new enterprise to successfully enter the market and even after a successful start, important strategic decisions are necessary.

Today Ukraine suffers financial hardship and we may face problems with paying back loans.

World economic crisis has a negative impact on the market and the investors aren’t optimistic.

I suggest that we analyze all the advantages and disadvantages right now.
