Dear Sirs,

Your hotel was recommended by associates and we would like to book it for our Sales Conference in December. It will be two-day presentation for forty representatives.

We suggest you following details. Conference will start 8 and end 9 December, we need conference room and facilities from 09.00 to 18.00 on both days. Our requirements are full seating, presentation platform, dais, public address system, screen for slides, full video equipment and facilities for recording – we supply our display materials only. Also you must provide refreshments for all delegates. We need morning coffee or biscuits at 11.00, four course meal in restaurant with table wine and tea or snacks at 16.00.
