- introduction;

- main part (sections);

- conclusion;

- references (sources);

- glossary

- appendix, if any;

2.2 The title page is the first page of the course work and serves as a source of information necessary to process and search for the document (see Appendix A). The following information is provided on the title page (appendix A):

- ministry name;

- university name;

- faculty name;

- department name;

- kind of work – coursework;

- coursework discipline;

- coursework theme name;

- surname and initials of the student;

- surname and initials of the teacher;

- city, year;

2.3 Task to perform the coursework is given by the teacher of the discipline “Fundamentals of research”. Themes and tasks on coursework can be chosen from the themes of the diploma projects, proposed to the students by the research supervisor of the diploma project or from the themes proposed by the tutor.

2.4 Content (structure) of the coursework includes the following sections: introduction, main sections, conclusion, list of used sources, glossary and the names of the appendices with the page numbers, if any. The contents page is included in the total number of pages of the work. The word “CONTENTS” is written in capital letters (not bold) in the form of a header in the middle and not numbered. The names included in the content, are written in lowercase letters, beginning with a capital letter.

2.5 Introduction is the first structural element of the course work and must contain the justification of the actuality of the theme of the course work.

The word "INTRODUCTION" is written as a title in capital letters in the middle and not numbered. The introduction should briefly describe the current state of scientific and technical problem, to which the work is devoted, should reflect the goals, objectives of work, a clear statement of scientific novelty, actuality of the work, the theoretical and methodological basis, practical basis of writing and the rationale for its implementation.

2.6 The main part of the coursework is usually divided into sections and subsections. Approximate list of the main sections:

1) Analysis of modern approaches to the problem relating to the course work;

2) Theoretical aspects or modern methods of solving the problem;

3) Про The design and implementation of the system relating to the course work.

The section of analysis of contemporary approaches to the topic of the course work should include the following issues: analysis of domestic and foreign works related to the theme of the course work, general characteristics, classification (s) and comparative characteristics and features of the problem domain, the general characteristics and features of the models used, methods and tools, formulation of the problem of course work.

In the theoretical part of the course work the following tasks must be carried out: a description and justification of the selected models, the description of data structures and knowledge, formalization of methods, procedures and processes, etc., descriptions of the algorithms, methods and techniques, etc., and a set of requirements (specification) to the system being developed must be formulated.

In the section of software implementation the solution (implementation) of the task(s) on the selected platform should be described. The features of the implementation must be described, code of the programs, scripts, etc. (possibly shortened) should be provided (Working version of the application and the text of the coursework are attached on CD). A technical description of the system, including a general description, if necessary in the form of UML diagrams, architecture, composition and structure of software and hardware, functionality, information technology, interface features and test examples should be given. The program code should be documented (documentation may be in the program listing). The user manual and user assistance system should be developed.

2.7 Conclusion should contain a brief conclusions on the results of the course work, research, assessment of the completeness of solutions of tasks, specific recommendations on the studied object of study. The word “CONCLUSION” is written as a header in the center in capital letters and not numbered.
