Dr. Madeleine Albrighte who served as the 64^th Secretary of the USA, PAID A Visit to the Ukrainian capital. She met a lot of people among them students and teachers in Kiev-Mohila Academy. She expressed her point of view on the modern world and answered on numerous questions.

Madeleine Albrighte was the first woman Secretary of State and the highest ranking woman in the history of the United States government. As Secretary, Dr. Albright reinforced America`s alliances, advocated democracy and the human rights, and promoted American trade and business, labour and environmental standards abroad. Serving as a member of the President`s Cabinet and National Security Council for eight years, Dr. Albright was the United States permanent Representative to the United Nations from 1993 to 1997. Dr. Albright is the Chairman of The National Democratic Institute for International Affairs and also serves on the Board of Directors of the New York Stock Exchange.
