3.3. Подчиненность и подотчетность Работника определяется Работодателем в соответствии со штатным расписанием.

3.4.Работнику устанавливается пяти-ли шестидневная (41 часовая) рабочая неделя.

3.5. Работодатель оставляет за собой право привлекать Работника к исполнению его обязанностей в праздничные и выходные дни с предоставлением компенсации или внеочередного отдыха (отгула).

3.6. Праздничные дни определяются в соответствии с действующим законодательством. Выходными днями являются суббота и воскресенье, за исключением случаев, предусмотренных в п.2.5.

3.7. В рабочее время не исключается время обеденного перерыва и другие возможные перерывы, предусмотренные действующим законодательством.

3.8. При необходимости Работодатель вправе установить для Работника рабочее время по графику сменности. В этом случае выходные дни предоставляются в соответствии с этим графиком.

Officials of UN AIDS reported about new crimis around the world. UN AIDS is joint program operated by UN, the WHO and the World Bank. The problem is getting worse. The disease is expected to kill 3 million people this year. It is the leading cause of death in many countries. Africa is most affected area. More than 20 million people there are infected with disease. 70 percent with AIDS wordwide are in African countries.

We have to help prevent people from getting the disease, to examine how the existing development strategies and policies of countries can be strengthened to protect and improve the health status of their people and bring health objectives into the center of current development strategies Health must become an integral part of the political, social and economic issues which emerging as the current major priorities of development policy makers.

Communities should adopt healthy lifestyles, actively participate in their own health development. Unfortunatly, the fastest spread of AIDS in the world is taken place in the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe. In Russia infections rose from 100.000 last year to about 300.000 this year. I Asia, in Pacific countries almost 3 million people have the virus. New infections in Asia are blamed on illegal drug use and the sex trade. The report says about 1.400.000 people are living with HIV and AIDS in Latin America. In USE there were about 35.000 new infections this year. Experts say the prevention is the best way to control the disease.
