    1. Письмо – подтверждение заказа.

Фразы и выражения, используемые в основном тексте письма при подтверждении заказа:

1) We are pleased to confirm your reservation of a triple room with a bath from 23 to 26 May 2011. Мы рады подтвердить Ваш заказ трехместного номера с ванной с 23 по 26 мая 2011 года.

2) As you requested, we have booked a triple room with a bath for you from 23 to 26 May 2011. Как Вы и просили, мы забронировали трехместный номер с ванной для Вас с 23 по 26 мая 2011 года.

3) In accordance with your request we have booked a triple room with a bath for you from 23 to 26 May 2011. В соответствии с Вашим запросом, мы забронировали трехместный номер с ванной для Вас с 23 по 26 мая 2011 года.

Write a letter of reply as the manager of the Reservations Department of the Gold Beach Hotel (41 Gendanmermarkt Berlin AP 607 Germany)

You can accept their request but you must know exactly how many rooms they need. Require a deposit.

You can accept their request but you must know exactly how many rooms they need.
