MADI was founded in December 1930.

In 1992 the institute became a technical university.

At the moment of organization the institute consisted of only two faculties: road-building and automechanical.

The first graduation was in 1931, the number of engineers were 36.

In our days 1500 men graduate from university every year.

In MADI scientific schools are made in the field of ground machine and transport, road-bridge and airfield building.

The institute has 8 faculties, 56 chairs and 18 scientific laboratories.

There are complex of sporting buildings and hostels, rest base in university.

MADI has connection with many institutes of Europe.

I entered MADI two years ago.

My faculty names «Faculty of the Automobile Transport».

I like my institute and I think that it is the best institute in the world.

В момент организации институт состоял только из двух факультетов: дорожное строительство и автомеханический.
