1. A notary is a person who has the right to perform certain legal formalities, especially to draw up or certify contracts, deeds, and other documents for using in other jurisdictions.

2. The Law “On Protection of the Consumers Rights” is the main legislative source for notaries in Ukraine.

4. A citizen of Ukraine who is getting higher legal education, can become a notary.
