Megafon is a Russian telecommunication company which offers mobile services such as GSM, UMTS and LTE. Also it provides customers with such services as local telephone lines, cabel TV, wide-band internet and other related services.

TeliaSonera 35,6% and through Telecominvest 8,2%
AF Telecom 8% and through Telecominvest 23,1%

Ivan Tarvin is a CEO of the company. Chairman of boarder of directors is Sergey Soldatenkov.

After Subsidiary agreement it took a new name “Megafon- Tajikistan”. 75% of “TT-Mobile” is owned by Megafon. At the same time 25% of “TT-Mobile” is owned by the governmental company JSC “Tochiktelecom”. Mainly a brown field strategy. |
