Theme 3. Essence of the eu common policies

Summary:

A theme is devoted to studying essence and aims of common policies of the EU, main types of common policies analyzes. The basic aspects of European internal market functioning and principles of standardization of economic policy are considered. The features of common monetary and budgetary policies, policy for citizens of the EU are characterized.

Educational tasks:

  • to find out the essence and aims of common policies of the EU;

  • to learn four types of common policies;

  • to discover the terms «internal market» and «common currency».
