”... For thirty years now I have been studying my fellow men. I do not know very much about them. I suppose it is on the face that for the most part we judge the persons we meet. We draw our conclusions from the shape of the jaw, the look in the eye, the contour of the mouth. I wonder if we are more often right than wrong.

I shrug my shoulders when people tell me that their first impressions of a person are always right. For my own part I find that the longer I know people the more they puzzle me: my oldest friends are just those of whom I can say that I don't know the first thing about them."

What is your own opinion? Do you agree that appearances are deceptive? Prove your opinion with examples.

4.4. Say what you did last weak (Model A) and what you haven't done this week (Model B):

Use the following phrases:

do repairs at home, wash windows, answer the friends’ letter, learn new rules, finish (my) research, read a lot of science, take an examination (a test).

4.5. Read the questions. Which verbs are missing in them?

Who do you think, askes them? Are the questions too personal? Will you try to answer these questions and perform a sketch?
