VII. Read the additional text, entitle it, discuss with your group mates advantages and disadvantages of shopping online.

Online shopping is a form of electronic commerce where consumers directly buy goods or services from a seller over the Internet. It opened for commercial use in 1991. Online customers must have access to a computer. Customers are attracted to online shopping not only because of the high level of convenience, but also because of the broader selection, competitive pricing, and greater access to information. Online stores are usually available 24 hours a day, and many consumers have Internet access both at work and at home. Consumers find a product of interest by visiting the website of the retailer. Online stores describe products for sale with text, photos, and multimedia files. Online shoppers commonly use such methods of payment as credit card, cheque, electronic money of various types, Cash on delivery or Postal money order, delivery on payment. Once a payment has been accepted the goods or services can be delivered.
