The organizational approach to the process of FEA is to look at it as a complex of interrelated management operations aimed at solving specific problems and achieve goals.
Operation in m.– is part of the management process , which involves work on a particular artist information. Each operation has a composition of action , development and implementation which provides the operational functioning of the management process .
Technology of management – a set of practical techniques, methods and means of influence on the controlled object, which are based on knowledge of laws and administrative processes of the relevant rules and procedures.
