Text 4. Learn to say no to the Drugs!!!

A very dangerous variety of teenage addiction is drugs. The number of illegal drugs available at any given moment are too numerous to even count. Each drug will have differing effects. They always quickly devastate your health.

“Curiosity” is usually given as the main reason for trying drugs. On the whole, males generally use more drugs and alcohol than females but the gap is narrowing for binge alcohol and drugs consumption.

The effects and addictive qualities of so-called club drugs are nasty. Some teenagers find themselves addicted to prescription remedies for common ailments. Drugs such as muscle relaxants and painkillers are addictive bad habits.

Drugs are hell – that is real. Those minority who were able to quit using them, are asking you: “Find your internal power and say NO to those who pretend to be your friend tries to trap you.

When it is difficult for you to say no to your friends, tell yourself: “it is better to be by my own than to run after the flock.” You do not have to apologize saying “NO.” There are thousands of reasons to refuse the usage of drugs.

Here are ten ways of saying “NO.”

1. I do not need it yet.

2. This rubbish is not for me. There are things that are more entertaining than this.

3. Not today and now.

4. No, I have some other problems.

5. Oh no, I have an allergy.

6. I do not want to lose my mind.

7. I have already tried.

8. I do not want to have children with learning disabilities and brain damages.

9. Will you give me money for treating from aids?

10. I am not in a hurry to die.
