2. Разработка программы числового программного управления обработки корпусной детали на станке с чпу
Разработка программы осуществляется в САМ-системе PEPS Milling.
3D-модель детали представлена на рисунке 5.

Разработка 3D-модели детали выполняется по средствам программы T-FLEX CAD 11. После чего выполняется экспорт файла в формат *.xmt_txt. Далее этот файл импортируется в САМ-систему PEPS Milling (рисунок 6).

Определяются контуры детали, формирование заготовки. Разрабатывается программа для обработки данной детали на станке с ЧПУ, т.е. выбирается поверхность обработки, вид обработки (черновая или чистовая), подбор инструмента для обработки.

После переустанова заготовки следует обработать нижнюю сторону.

После формирования программы можно наблюдать, как обрабатывается заготовка.
В итоге составлена программа обработки и получена деталь по заданным размерам (рисунок 17).

Заключение
В процессе выполнения данной курсовой работы разработана система логико-командного циклового управления токарным станком-автоматом и разработана программа числового программного управления обработки корпусной детали на станке с ЧПУ. Разработанные программы отвечают поставленным задачам.
Система GENIE содержит набор элементов управления и отображения, достаточный для решения задач АСУТП среднего уровня сложности, к каковым относится система управления станком автоматом.
Эффективным инструментом расширения стандартных возможностей системы является язык Visual Basic For Applications, на основе которого в работе были созданы сценарные процедуры с помощью блока Basic Script.
Система PEPS V5.3.14 позволяет эффективно создавать управляющую программу обработки детали на станке с ЧПУ. Геометрия обработки может быть введена как с помощью встроенной системы черчения, так и путем импортирования файла с описанием геометрии в любом стандартном формате данных. Обработка формируется на основе стандартных циклов обработки – плоскости, кармана, поверхности, отверстий.
Моделирование обработки позволяет обнаружить ошибки в обработке, формировании геометрии.
