1. Work in pairs. Discuss what action to recommend for one of the two problems:

  • Working Conditions

2. Form groups of three. Your group should include someone from each of the pairs in the previous groups. Discuss your recommendations for all problem areas and decide how to reorganize the company. Then compare the decisions made in each group.

Task I. Complete the text about the New Xerox Company.

You may use a company chart given in the unit as a prompt.
