Conclusion

In Kazakhstan, the development of gas industry - one of the main priorities of Kazakhstan's economy and the problem of continuous supply of natural gas to consumers is the Kazakh Government of the country for urgent and immediate.

Despite the huge natural gas reserves, its production in the country is still related activities of oil companies. According to established practice, which is produced simultaneously with the oil gas is usually burned in the fields, or, at best, after the preparation is used for own needs. However, the country today can not meet its domestic needs. The main reason is that the existing gas pipeline system dataway not designed to supply all regions of Kazakhstan. In this connection, the Executive Order was approved by a number of programs aimed at improving the socio - economic impact of increasing the volume of international transit and the rational use of domestic gas resources for domestic gas safety, achieve energy independence through advanced scientific technologies.

With the increasing volume of gas it was necessary to concentrate all control of the gas industry of Kazakhstan in the hands of the state, ie dominated by state-owned companies, which have a branched structure of the holding, there are also joint ventures with the share of foreign capital. Therefore, a national operator, wholesale buyers and sellers of gas were transferred to the company "KTG" in order to improve the supply in all regions of the country and streamline import-export flows.

On the basis of practical material, I analyzed the economic activities of the enterprise. As a result, we can conclude that the JSC "KazTransGas - Almaty" - a large and rapidly growing company with a high prospect.

In 2009. Judging by the volume of natural gas sales and transportation services, organization and execution of core activities is considered effective. However, the coincidence in the face of negative exchange rate difference was hit on the financial condition of the company, which has caused considerable damage to the net profit for the period.

In 2010, judging by the volume of natural gas sales and transportation services, organization and execution of core activities is considered to be less effective in comparison with those same figures for 2010, however the final figure - net profit and net profit margin is much better. This paradox is explained by the fact that the company received a profit on the exchange rate differences, in contrast to a significant loss in the previous period.

The task of management - to maximize profits while minimizing costs. Comparing the increase in net profit (388.48%) in 2010 and the increase in cost of sales (16.59%), it can be argued that the administration of JSC "KazTransGas-Almaty" achieved its objectives in 2010

Also, the success of the company confirmed the calculated rates of solvency, liquidity, business activity and profitability. In my opinion, JSC "KazTransGas-Almaty" moving in the right direction. One can only wish to move at the same pace as focusing on expanding sales and trouble-free and uninterrupted supply of gas.
