Main functional departments of a company it is production, finance,marketing, sales and personnel.

I think that the good qualities of the organization include team cohesion and performance, and the bad - a high level of tension.

Я думаю, что хорошим качествам организации можно отнести сплоченность коллектива и высокую производительность, а к плохим - высокий уровень напряженности.

Most organizations have a hierarchical or pyramidal structure, with one person or a group of people at the top, and an increasing number of people below them at each successive level.
