6. Реконструированная генная сеть развития амп.

Для реконструкции генной сети развития АМП арабидопсиса была использована разработанная в Институте Цитологии и Генетики СО РАН компьютерная система GeneNet (Ananko et al., 2002). Используя всю имеющуюся на данный момент информацию о регуляторных взаимодействиях в развитии АМП, в генную сеть были включены: 7 процессов, 32 белка, 95 реакции, 23 гена, 19 РНК и 4 низкомолекулярных вещества (Рис. 2). Реконструирование этой генной сети представляло собой качественно новую для биоинформатики задачу в виду особенности данных на которых строились выводы о регуляторных взаимодействиях (фенотипические аномалии, изменение экспрессии). Результатом этого является представление генной сети в основном непрямыми регуляторными связями. Тем не менее, разработка подхода к применению данных такого типа к реконструированию генных сетей является очень важной, так как позволит систематизировать и проводить логический анализ больших массивов информации, накопленных в генетике и молекулярной биологии растений.
