The Limited Liability Company “PCC “Universalsmash” was founded in 2011.

Today LLC PCC “Universalmash” is a specialized enterprise for the production of agricultural tillage equipment, as well as overhauling combines and other types of agricultural machinery and spare parts for it.

Small joint research and production enterprise "Klen”

A small joint research and production enterprise "Klen" was founded in November 1990.

Today the enterprise is engaged in the production of seeders of various purposes, such as: vegetable, grain-grass, single-grained, breeding different modifications.

Distinctive features of seeders "Klen" is that the seeders are equipped with brand new dispensers with microprocessor controlled dosing and seed control that provides:

- Sowing of any crops, starting from poppy seeds, carrots (without fillers) to wheat, peas, (without re-equipment of the seeder);

- range of regulation of seeding rates in the range from 0.1 kg / ha to 350 kg / ha;

- uniformity of distribution of seeds in a row;

- saving of seed;

- the absence of chain drives, various asterisks, reducers, interchangeable gears, shafts, etc., improve and simplify the design of the seeder.

In addition, the company has mastered the production of post-harvesting equipment: drum separators, aerodynamic separators, spiral separators, pneumatic tables, noria, etch-dressers, and also produces other types of equipment on request.

The produced equipment is not inferior to the best world models and is supplied not only to the CIS countries, but also abroad.

JV – Company "Stal’"

Joint venture – the company "Stal’" was founded in 2008.

The joint venture "Stal’" has been specializing in the production of screening elements (sieves, grids) for the metallurgical and mining industry since the time of its creation and up to the present, manufacturing of non-standard products based on the customer's original data.

The products are manufactured according to the All-Union standard 9074-85. This standard applies to slotted grids intended for classification, dewatering, filtration, washing, drying of materials.

In addition to the sieves, the company offers canned sieves with cells:

- 12x12 mm and 20x20 mm (from wire Ø 4 mm);

- 25x25 mm and 40x40 mm (from wire Ø 6 mm);

- 45х45 mm (from wire Ø 8 mm), 60х60 mm (from wire Ø 12 mm).

And also produces grate screens for fractionation of hot agglomerate.

At present, our regular partners are LLC "Sibelektro" (Novokuznetsk), OJSC "Yakutugol" (Neryungri), LLC "Elgaugol" (Neryungri).
