State Enterprise "Lugansk Aircraft Repair Plant"

The state enterprise "Lugansk Aviation Repair Plant" was founded in 1931.

State Enterprise "LARZ" is a modern repair enterprise, which is unique in its specialization for the aviation industry of Lugansk and Donetsk People's Republics. Aviation equipment, repaired at Lugansk automotive equipment maintenance plant, is operated in 40 countries around the world.

The enterprise is a member of the International Association of aircraft engine building (ASSAD, Moscow), annually takes part in various aviation salons and exhibitions. The Lugansk automotive equipment maintenance plant is certified according to the requirements of the international quality management standard ISO 9001, the Aviation Register of the International Aviation Committee (AR IAC, Moscow).

In August 2016, the company celebrated its 85th anniversary. Over the years of its existence, the Lugansk automotive equipment maintenance plant performed major repairs of numerous types of aircraft and engines at the initial stage of its existence.

Today Lugansk Aircraft Repair Works performs major repairs of the following aircraft:

- helicopters’ engines TV2-117, TV3-117, main helicopter reducers VR-8A, VR-14, VR-24, installed on Mi helicopters;

- engines installed on MiG-23 and MiG-27 aircraft, as well as RD-45 and VK-1 aircraft engines for surface use.

In civil matters, the Lugansk Aviation Repair Plant fulfills orders for manufacturing parts of a complex geometric configuration by manufacturing them:

- on high-precision turning and milling machining centers;

- on a single technological line of laser cutting with the subsequent high-precision automated flexible.

The galvanic production of the Lugansk automotive equipment maintenance plant allows fulfilling orders for the application of all types of electroplating as for the finished parts of the customer, as well as for the parts of own production for individual orders.
