Группа существительного

(NOUR-GROUP)

Существительное с относящимся к нему определением составляет единую смысловую группу.

Кроме прилагательных, в роли определения может выступать другое существительное, которое переводится на русский язык соответствующим прилагательным или существительным в косвенном падеже. Главным словом в группе существительного всегда является последнее, которое переводится только существительным.

Границей группы существительного может быть определитель существительного, предлог, глагольная форма, знак препинания. Например:

law enforcement – правоприменение, проведение закона в жизнь, охрана

порядка

law enforcement agencies – органы охраны порядка, правоохранительные органы

law enforcement agencies programme – программа правоохранительых органов
