Например, миссис Браун хотела купить новый дом, и она попросила мистера Смита подготовить юридические документы, которые были необходимы для сделки.
Полицейский арестовал мисс Вайт за нарушение правил дорожного движения. Она попросила мистера Смита подготовить защиту. Так как правонарушение рассматривалось (слушалось) в низшем суде, он выступал в суде за нее.
Кроме того мистер Смит консультировал мистера Блэка. У него были проблемы с полицией. Так как преступление было серьезным (он ограбил кого-то), дело пошло в более высокий суд.
