AgroKazakhstan is Corporation (акционерное общество). In AgroKazakhstan, executive body is represented by the position of the executive secretary. Artem is president, Oleg – managing director, and Biken is executive secretary.

If VAK would like to negotiate the debt, and therefore Kristina travels to AgroKazaskhstan. What position in AgroKazakhstan is equal to her position?
