The following methods are not acceptable or allowed to be carried out
as per Company instructions General Safety principles:
oToluene or other static accumulator spraying;
oToluene or other static accumulator re-circulation in non inerted tanks;
oUsing Caustic Soda solutions in zinc coated tanks;
oChlorinated solvent spraying;

oMixing chlorinated solvents with water (forms acid compounds);
oUsing acid based cleaning chemicals in zinc coated tanks;
oSteaming of tanks containing flammable vapors;
oBleach solution should not be used in zinc and epoxy coated tanks without approval;
oPartial cleaning of cargo tank instead of whole surface;
