В дипломному проекті реалізовано створення сучасного та зручного у використанні програмного продукту для обліку персоналу в організації. Це дозволило створити програму, яка проводить автоматизацію обліку співробітників і програмного забезпечення для вирішення цієї задачі, за рахунок чого підвищується продуктивність праці інспекторів кадрових підрозділів і зменшуються витрати часу на заповнення типової форми П-2. Розробка призначена для використання на підприємствах промисловості усіх форм та типів . Ця програма має простий інтерфейс та не потребує від користувача глибоких пізнань в галузі обчислювальної техніки та знань з кадрового обліку.

In a diploma project creation of modern and comfortable in the use software product is realized for the account of personnel in organization. It allowed to create the program which conducts automation of account of employees and software for the decision of this task, due to what the labour of inspectors of skilled subsections productivity rises and the charges of time diminish on filling of typiform of P-2. Development is intended for the use on the enterprises of industry of all forms and types . This program has a simple interface and does not need from an user in deep cognitions in industry of the computing engineering and knowledges from a skilled account.
