•1) positive for CAD

•2) negative

•3) indeterminant

•4) can’t tell

•5) positive for global cardiomyopathy

Positive DSE and negative cor angio: why the discrepancy ?

•Missing piece of data

–Baseline BP 165/100

–Peak stress BP 220/120

•54 yo M, DM, HTN, bipolar illness

•Oct 01 IMI with EF 35%, leaves AMA during low level ETT MIBI (did not get reperfusion images)

•Outpt visit 3 mo later – CHF

•DSE

–To assess for Inducible ischemia.

–No symptoms during DSE
