In this term paper we have considered the basics of the e-commerce, current tendency.
In the first part of the work we looked at e-commerce. We have looked at history and new trends. We understand that the new important trend is M-commerce. Global m-commerce sales are predicted to reach $120 billion globally in 2015, according to a report by specialist market analysis firm Paul Budde Communication, and forecasts from Google believe that 50% of UK-related retail queries will be from a smartphone
The second part focused on the company Amazon.com Amazon pioneered online directed purchases, training consumers to turn to them first to purchase specific items, guided particularly by price (and later recommendations). It’s undeniably efficient, but it’s almost exclusively transactional. Amazon is built on a culture of innovation
To sum up the results of out research we would like to say that now e-commerce is one of the important parts of business. e-commerce business helps a lot dealers to expand their business. Profit achieved continuing growing for companies those involve in this electronic transaction business.
