My Research work and my Supervisor

I work under the guidance of Candidate of Sciences in Economics Motorin Anton Leonidovich. He is Assistant Professor of the Chair of Accounting and Audit. He is an author of numerous publications, articles, papers and study guides. He is the participant of numerous all-Russia and international conferences. He makes a great contribution to the development of research work of our university.

I have been working in close contact with my scientific supervisor. He always helps me when I have difficulties in my work. It’s a merit of my supervisor that I have a chance to do research.

The subject of my research work is «Formation, disclosure and audit of the accounting policy of the company «Teplitsa». I am interested in detailed examination of this problem. I am going to study:

• formation and disclosure of methodological aspect of accounting policy of the company,

• tax aspects of accounting policy of the company and

• methodology of the audit of the accounting policy of company.

The main goals of my research are:

• to justify and to develop new conceptual ideas;

• to study the methodology of the formation, disclosure and audit of the accounting policy.

The main objective of my research is to study the processes of the formation of the accounting policy as an instrument to organize the accounting process in organizations, as well as to examine the practice of audit organizations.

This problem is going to be investigated with such methods as:

• analysis and synthesis,

• deduction and induction,

• modeling,

• comparison method,

• grouping method,

• the index method,

• the method of financial factors,

• factor analysis,

• scientific abstraction,

• historical and logical analysis of theoretic and practical material.

I think this research will be of great importance. The timeliness of the chosen subject is caused by the need to improve the financial situation of the majority of Russian enterprises and to overcome the crisis phenomena in state economics.

As a result of my research I am going to develop the recommendations for the accounting policy of the company “Teplitsa” for the year 2014, in accordance with IFRS requirements.
