Planning a picnic
A: - Er ... Mr. Smith, have you got anything special planned for the weekend?
B: - No. Not really, why?
A: - My daughter has just phoned me. She insists that we travel to the beach for a picnic. Would you like to join us?
B: - Yes, I would be delighted.
C: - Leonid. How about taking my son, Boris? He should keep Kate good company.
A: - That would be splendid. I haven't seen Boris for ages. Do you fish, Mr. Smith?
B: - I used to, when I was younger, but not very often now. I used to enjoy spinning the most.
A: - I'll get you a spinning-rod. Shall we go on Saturday or Sunday?
B: - I suppose Sunday would be best. Are we going by train?
A: - No, I've got a car. What if I say 8 in the morning, Sunday, Mr.Smith?
B: - Perfect. I'll be down in the lobby at 8 sharp. Good bye, then.
