The JAKO-TEC-Concept supports athletic performance in

a targeted manner with technology that thinks along.

Microscopically small fibres transport moisture directly to the fabric’s surface. Therefore the fabric dries very fast, protects against hypothermia and keeps a convenient physical well-being during sports.

Thermal insulated functional fabric protects against coldness, keeps warm and keeps an optimal and convenient body climate.

Very vapour permeable functional fabrics guarantee a high circulation of air, optimal ventilation as well as a dry physical well-being.

Functional fabrics offer highest protection in all weathers. The windstop function protects the body exceptionally against hypothermia due to windchill-effect.

Waterproof functional fabrics and sealed seams offer reliable protection against wetness. The high water vapour permeability guarantees a healthy body climate.

Suppliers commit themselves to a respectful relationship with employees and commit themselves to guarantee safe and healthy working environment. The weekly working hours for employees are limited and an appropriate remuneration has to be ensured. Immoderate overtime hours as well as forced labour

or child labour are strictly prohibited.

Inspections

To supervise the compliance with prohibition of child labour, the ma-

nufacturing plants of JAKO balls are inspected and certified by IMAC

(Independent Monitoring Association for Child Labour). IMAC monitors with

unannounced inspections the compliance with prohibition of child labour, as well as the realization

of the guidelines fornspechumane working consnditions.
