We would like to inform you that we have received a letter from our customer, OOO Gorodetsky I Partnery, about damage to three computers delivered by us. The consignment was shipped clean on the MV Orion, which sailed from Singapore on 10 August and arrived in Vladivostok on 20 August. You have our declaration form No. 987456
We have already sent our customers replacements, but would like a claims form to complete. Thank you.
