The way I spend my free time in different seasons.
The way I spend my free time very often depends on the weather. In winter, for example, I enjoy skiing in the forest in sunny frosty weather, skating or playing hockey in the ice-rink. Going in for sport does anyone a lot of good because it tempers body and soul, especially in winter.
In early spring the weather isn’t good for outdoor sports, so I stay at home reading books, watching TV, listening to music, playing computer games. I seldom go to the theatre or museum.
In summer I enjoy myself because school is over. I spend much time on practicing sports: roller-skating, swimming, playing ball games. Sometimes my friends and I go on a hike. It is so romantic and exciting to put up a tent in the wood, to make a fire, to play the guitar and sing songs at night. Naturally I help my parents at our country cottage with gardening. Rather seldom my parents and I go to the seaside or on a journey. At the seaside we swim, sunbathe, dive and take walks along the seashore. At the end of the summer I feel fresh and full of energy.
In September school begins and there’s practically no free time. The weather is usually nasty and I am at home all the time except when I attend classes at school, at the English school and music school.
