In recent years, a number of international consensus documents and recommendations for the diagnosis and treatment of€chronic pancreatitis have been published: United European Gastroenterology evidence-based guidelines for the diagnosis and therapy of chronic pancreatitis (HaPanEU) in 2017, International Consensus Statements on Early Chronic Pancreatitis in 2018, American College of Gastroenterology Clinical Guideline on chronic pancreatitis in 2020. ˜e article analyzes the€main statements of these recommendations and the possibility of their adaptation to the Russian clinical practice.
