Профилактика

Профилактика сифилиса включает: санитарно-просветительскую работу; скрининговое обследование определенных групп населения, подверженных повышенному риску инфицирования, либо тех групп, в которых заболевание ведет к опасным социальным и медицинским последствиям, а также проведение полноценного специфического лечения с последующим клинико-серологическим наблюдением.

Профилактика врожденного сифилиса осуществляется антенатально и постнатально.

Антенатальная профилактика включает: работу со здоровыми людьми, предоставление информации о возможности внутриутробной передачи сифилиса и необходимости раннего начала дородового наблюдения; трехкратное серологическое обследование беременных (при обращении в женскую консультацию, на сроке 28–30 недель и за 2–3 недели до родов); при выявлении сифилиса — адекватное специфическое и профилактическое лечение.

Постнатальная профилактика врожденного сифилиса заключается в профилактическом лечении детей.

Индивидуальная профилактика обеспечивается использованием барьерных методов контрацепции (презервативов). После случайного незащищенного полового контакта может быть осуществлена самостоятельно с помощью индивидуальных профилактических средств (хлоргексидина биглюконат, мирамистин).
