James Spencer Springette is a U.S. citizen born on August 16th, or August 18th, 1960. He is a black male, quite tall with black hair and black eyes. A warrant of arrest was issued for Springette for violation of article 21 United States Code. Springette is the leader of a drug smuggling organization and is also linked to two murders, shooting a police officer. In January 1999, Springette was arrested in Colombia. But Springette escaped from a prison in Colombia and he is a fugitive now. Springette should be considered armed and dangerous.
