1.Positionthefuelpumptothemountingbar,ensuringthefeetoftherubberisolatorengagecorrectlyinthefork.

4. Makingsurethat theanti-rotationtabislocatedinitsslot,alignthefuelpipeandfuellevelsendertothescrewholeinthemountingbar.Fitanewscrewandtighten itto10Nm.

5. Positionthehosecliponthefuelpipetotheoutletspigotonthepump.

6. Refit/replacethefilter(arrowpointingawayfromthepump)byengagingitwiththehoseonthefuelpipe.

11.Reconnectthetwoelectricalconnectionstothepumpplate,inthepositionsnoted/markedpriortoremoval.

12.Checkthatthefuellevelsenderarmmovesfreelyalongitsfullrangeoftravel,andcomestorestonthepumpplate.Rectifyasnecessary.

Installation

1.Positionanew'O'-ringsealto thefueltankopening.

2. Refitthefuelpump assemblytothetank.Fitandtightenthenutsto5Nmworkingondiagonallyoppositenutstospreadtheclampingloadevenly.

3. Refitthefueltankasdescribed onpage11.101.

7. Positionthehosecliptothefilterinlet.

8.Refitthepressureregulatorandhosestothefilterandpumpplate.Engage thehoseswiththefilteroutletandpumpplate.
