6. Re-checktheheadlightbeamsettings.

7. Refittheigntionswitchcover.

8. Turntheignitionoffwhenbothbeamsettingsaresatisfactorilyset.

HeadlightHorizontalAdjustment

1.Horizontalbeamadjuster

1. Thehorizontalbeamsofbothheadlightscanbeadjustedindividually.Thesameprocedureisusedtoadjusteitherheadlight.

2. TurntheignitionswitchtotheONposition.

3. Slackentheheadlightbowlfixing.

4. Adjustthehorizontalpositionoftheheadlighttogivetherequiredbeamsetting.

5. Tightenthefixingto15Nm.

6. Repeatforthesecondheadlight.

7. Re-checktheheadlightbeamsettings.

8. Switchtheignitionoffwhenbothbeamsaresatisfactorilyset.

HeadlightBulbReplacement

Itisnecessarytoremovetheheadlightfromtheheadlightbowltogainaccesstothebulbs.

Thebulbsbecomehotduringuse.Alwaysallowsufficienttimeforthebulbstocoolbeforehandling.Avoidtouchingtheglasspartofthebulb.Iftheglassistouchedorgetsdirty,cleanwithalcoholbeforere­use.

1.Removetherider'sseat.

2. Disconnectthebattery,negative(black)leadfirst.

3. Undothefixingsecuringtheheadlightclamptotheheadlightbody.

4. Support theheadlightwhileremovingtheclamp.

5.Removetheheadlightfromitsbowlwhilesupportingitto preventthecablesfrombeingoverextended.

6. Disconnectthemulti-pinelectricalconnectorfromtheheadlightbulbandremovetherubbercover.

7. Detachthewireretainerfromitsclip(donotremovethescrew)thenremovethebulbfromthelightunit.

8. Toremovethepositionlightbulb:

g,Withoutpullingonthewires,easethebulbholderfromitssocket.Thebulbisremovedfromitsholderbypullinggentlyoutwards.

10. Installationforbothbulbsisthereverseoftheremovalprocedure.Tightentheheadlightclampto4Nm.

1. ^{Releasethescrewsandremovethelenstogainaccess}tothebulbforreplacement.

1. Removetherider'sseat.

2. Disconnectthebattery,negative(black)leadfirst.

3. The rear light bulb holder is accessedunderneaththerearmudguard.

4. Rotatethebulbholderanti-clockwisetorelease.

5. Toremovethebulbfromtheholder,gentlypullonthebulbuntilitisreleased.

6. Installationforthebulbisthereverse oftheremovalprocedure.
